| Dr. Howard is an interventional cardiologist who is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami; Miami, Florida. Dr. Howard received his medical degree from the University of Miami where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Howard completed his post-doctoral fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the Methodist Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. He is an active investigator for many clinical-medical research trials. Dr. Howard has a consultative cardiology practice with an emphasis in cardiac catheterization, angioplasty (PCTA), stent, and pacemaker insertions.
